What is Shoot For Eggs?

Shoot For Eggs is a Roblox progression game built around shooting eggs until they crack, hatching animals, and placing those animals on your plot. Your animals generate cash that feeds back into upgrades.

Damage training, target upgrades, larger pads, stronger guns, rarer eggs, animal sizes, mutations, and rebirths form the main progression layers. The official description says the weapon path starts with a pistol and reaches an RPG.

Hatching Fixes: Lost Eggs and Slow Timers

What to do when an egg vanishes, the timer drags, or a hatch disappoints — drawn from recorded hatch routes.

View full page

Your cracked egg vanished before you got home

Carried eggs despawn if left unplaced — an 80,000-HP Space Egg was lost this way

Sprint it straight to your plot and place it immediately after the crack

The hatch timer shows 10–19 minutes

Large or rarer eggs hatch slower — about 11 minutes for a Space Egg, 19 for a big Strawberry

Stack several eggs first, then fill the wait with DamageAuto training laps

The hatched animal earns nothing

Not every hatch pays — one lizard showed $0 on its label

Glance at each animal's income label and sell the ones that earn nothing

Five Ways to Raise Damage

Train on the DamageAuto pad, upgrade your target, climb the gun ladder, rebirth, or use Robux boosts — what each one actually changes.

View full page

Run the DamageAuto pad

The core repeatable training loop — fire at your target to grow the Damage stat that multiplies every shot

Upgrade your target

Target upgrades unlock bigger pads, which raise how much training gives you

Buy the next gun

The held gun decides what each shot does right now — a Crossbow cracked in one hit what survived many shots before

Rebirth to multiply

Rebirth multiplies your damage on top of everything else and opens the locked guns

27 Animals, Verified on Screen

Every animal confirmed by an on-screen hatch or a plot sighting, with the incomes the footage actually showed.

#3

Caloridos

Epic egg, 40-second hatch — showed $156

Cash Habits That Compound

Where animal cash really comes from, what to sell, and which spending grows your income fastest.

Rarity is the income lever

Junk pulls earn $1 a second while rare hatches dwarf them — dragons and gold-mutation animals topped the recorded sessions

Sell the freeloaders

One hatched lizard showed $0 and was sold on the spot; bunnies got unequipped as low value

Spend on income, not clutter

The gun ladder is the main sink, then target training and plot space when you run out of room

Treat Robux as separate

Paid products like Instant Hatch skip waits but the standard loop funds itself

Egg Rarity, Seen in Play

The six rarity labels gameplay actually shows, from Common eggs to a Secret-rarity reveal.

1

Common

Hatched a hamster on screen; the low entry tier everyone starts on

2

Epic

Identified by name, hatched in 40 seconds in a recorded run

3

Legendary

Grabbed repeatedly on sight; three waited to hatch at once

Plot Space: Keep It Earning

Your plot is finite — place eggs before they expire, keep the best earners slotted, and buy space when it fills.

View full page

The game says there is no space left

Placed animals occupy finite plot slots

Buy the plot space upgrade and sell or unequip your cheapest animals to keep placing eggs

Cracked eggs pile up with nowhere to go

Carried eggs expire if not placed on the plot

Free a slot first, then place each egg as soon as you carry it home

Income feels stuck at the same number

Cash only accrues from animals actually placed on the plot

Collect continuously and replace low earners with stronger hatches
